First, I'm sorry, my english is so bad. I'm from Barcelona(Spain), I've a new Chrysler Grand Voyager (Town&Country in US) with the MyGig (REW) with navigator, software version 9.556. My problem is that this software not is compatible with my Iphone (Apple).
I know that de solution is the new update in this web (version 9.561) , I readed the instruccions but I'm not sure to install because my software now is in spanish and I don't now will be after the installation. Can you help me? What do you thing about this update for a european softwares, are there incompatibles things?.

I am currently in the process of trying to obtain the REW software update as well as all of the other latest software updates.. I will let you know if I get a copy..

I wouldn't recommend installing any version except for the REW on your MyGIG radio as you will likely end up with a working iPhone but many more features that you don't like..

Ifound someone that says they have and will send me all of the software updates including the REW. I should have them in about a week.

The problemis that I never expected people from all over the world to be coming to the web site.. I assumed that maybe 30 people from the USA would download the latest Software Updates and that would be it until the next release.. But I was very wrong..

So far I have been contacted by people from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Greece, Canada, Argentina, Netherlands, Mexico, Ukraine, Poland, Australia, Latvia, Estonia, Liechtenstein, France, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, and Africa..All of them requesting Software updates, Gracenotes updates,and/or Technical support..

In under 1 week I have served out over 150 GB of updates.. The RER has had over 366 Downloads,Gracenotes 153 Downloads, REP 19 Downloads, and REN 40 Downloads.

So realizing the site is getting traffic from nearly everywhere in the world that sells Chrysler/Dodge products with MyGIG radios installed in them I decided to expand the software updates offered to include every software update available..

Actually if anyone has pictures of the Software installs for everything aside of the RER I would appreciate it as since I don't own these radios to do the installs and write instructions for them.

It's actually becoming kind of amusing now because I have so many people bypassing their dealers, Chrysler and HB and just using the web site or asking me questions via email.. It's time consuming but at least I feel like I am making a difference by helping people which is what this is all about since I don't make any $ by doing this.. I have also been getting a kick out of seeing people on other forums putting down the URL to the web site as an answer to questions.. Also the amount of emails praising the site has been huge which makes it all worth the effort knowing that people are getting some use out of it..

I would like to thank everyone again that has contributed software updates and info to the site I amvery appreciativethat we were able to release the software asap instead of waiting for them to be shipped.. Whenever I get an email thanking me for the site I always think of you guys which should be sharing the spotlight.

Whats funny issince I have been spending so much time doing this I still haven't gotten around to installing the latest software version 9.713 on my MyGIG lol Which is why I don't have specific installation instructions with that version number yet..

 

Hello pressicat, soy de villarreal asi k te escribo en español, solo pregntarte como solucionaste tu problema con el iphone? yo tengo un dodge avenger con el mismo mygig que tu y no encuentro nada de informacióbn en la red que este en español.
en ebay existen CD's de actualización de este equipo pero tampoco se si es muy recomendable meter mano aunk pone k es compatible con los mygig REW.
