Anyone know of any manual methods to ejectinga CD/DVDfrom the MyGig system?

I have had my '08 Avenger / MyGig system for over a year now. Never hadissues with anything. DVD, Rear seat VES, GPS, MP3s, Sirius, etc. All great.

Sunday, I attempted to put a standard DVD-RW into the player (with a video I had created on the DVD)
Evidentally, the filetype must not be compatible with the MyGig reader. I got an "Invalid Media" message.
That's all fine, you would think I could just eject the DVD and move on to something else.
But no, I push the open/close button, the door opens, and just sits there. The DVD does not eject.
I've left it there for hours with the door open to no avail. If I'm quiet I can occasionally hear some faint beeps like the Hard drive working, but the DVD never comes out.
Over the past two days I have shut off and started the car multiple times, taken out the fuse twice, opened and shut the door several dozen timesm and I've sat there for several hours with the MyGig in DVD mode displaying "Unloading", but... Nothing.

It's puzzling. Everything else works fine (Radio, GPS, Satellite, MP3s, etc.), just can't take out the DVD.

I'm travelling for the next two weeks, so I can't spend a day at the dealership, so oher than "getting in line" at a the dealership, Any ideas?

Maybe I didn't read the book enough, but I didn't see these instructions in there. Would have saved some time.
