Default A/C Condensation in Driver Side Rear Seat & Blower Motor Whine

We just purchased a new R/T Avenger. While driving around here in the Southeast with the A/C on Auto we are creating a swimming pool of clean water behind the driver's seat in the feet area of the rear passenger. It appears to be coming from the rear vent that is located under the driver's seat. I checked under the vehicle and there is no sign of any condensate on the ground (which is normally the case under all of my other Chrysler vehicles) I will be taking it to the dealer shortly. Is this common?

Also the A/C blower motor has a nice hum to it, kind of annoying. I can make it go away by cracking a window, or by switching to recirc on the A/C control. Is this a common theme? Appears to make the noise when there is back pressure on the blower unit when the doors are shut and the windows up. It sure lets me know the car is airtight, but the hum is annoying.

Hopefully my small regional dealership will be able to figure this out. They have likely only sold about 10 Avengers for the entire model year.
