Good Evening. I am looking for info, guides, pictures and/or recommendations on how to safely remove and reinstall components of the dash.

I have a new Sirius radio which will be mounted to the left of the steering wheel, just below the defrost vent where the small pocket is for holding stuff.

I would like to pop out the pocket to attach the radio stand, then reinstall the pocket to secure the mount, but the pocket seems rather well attached.

A photo is available if I can be instructed on how to post or where to send.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Once I get this done, the wire routing is next.

Not sure if this helps, but according to this illustration, the pocket is above the vent and is part of the dash and not removable.
