Wink P2017 and P2004 are codes making my Emissions Light turn on

I have to get my inspection sticker, but the emissions light is on. I went to Autozone and the told me these were the codes. The dealer wants a ridiculous amount of money just to run the test, does anyone know what i can do to fix this myself?

am afraid the testing has to be done by a dealer. and after the test u might get a doc confirming the test. u can't make that doc all by urself.

Default Clear Codes

I purchased a Auto diagnostic tool - BB600 (Big Banana) off of Amazon for $50, which cleared the codes well. If you have to use it more than once it will pay for itself. There are a number of brands, some more expensive, but this one had great reviews and was good for the DIY home mechanic.

Default P2004 and P2017 - "07 Caliber

I replaced the Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve as was suggested in another thread. Cleared the code, but off and on engine still sounds off, then the codes reappeared. Anyone out there have suggestions?? I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber with 107,000.

Thanks Steak59. With your info, I just found that in a repair manual I got from someone online. Guess I have to go to the dealer to get this done. Dang. Hope it's not too pricey, will call tomorrow.

Got the car registered illegally, dealer wanted $800. I have an OBD reader that can clear the codes, but the light comes back on so the sensor is bad. The sensor is $400 alone.
