A dead miss on cyln 3 and 4? and coil has been replaced?
On these newer GMAC world engine, usually a Dead mis I've seen is the internal engine problem. (usually result from lack of maintainence, these engine are reliable, but very unforgiving about oil change interval)
rent a a Compression gauge and check compression on all cylinder. If it is all good, at least you rule out the worst case scenario. If it is bad, it probably thru a rod or seized oil rings.
