In dash system, Remote Start and Tint

Hi Dodge family. I just brought a 2011 Avenger and want to install a in dash dvd system, remote start and put some tint on it. Can anyone guide me to a good place\person to do this for me. It seem to me that these places are raping me with there prices. Am in Atlanta, Ga. Thanks in advance
