Default 13 Avenger USB problems

I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger SXT with Uconnect 130. I usually plug my iPod nano into the USB so I can control it through the radio, however today I'm having problems. Everything initializes fine, but for dome reason no music is playing. It's acting as if its paused. I was literally listening to it today before lunch and then after when I went to start it, it was almost paused or frozen at that time in the song. It still reads it fine, I can still scroll through my music with the controls, but they are all stuck at 00:00 and idk what I'm doing wrong. Unplugged the iPod, plugged it back in. iPod works fine. Turned radio off and back on, turned car off and back on. I'm disappointed. This is a brand new car as of three weeks ago and I'm already having an issue. Please help!

Cyingling,

Have you tried plugging in a memory stick to the USB device to see if it may be a compatibility issue with the iPod Nano? You can also try plugging in a male to male cable from the head set to the auxiliary outlet, that may give you an idea if there is a problem with the USB.

If you are still having concerns bring it to a a Dodge dealer for a diagnosis and they will be able to scan it and determine if there is a problem with it.

I hope this helps.

Have you tried rebooting the iPod? This has helped with similar issues before. See the link below for the rebooting process on the nano.
