Default No Start Issue...

This has happened to both vehicles I own.
A no start condition Shifter locked in park, a single click when try to start. All light are full brite and seems to have ample starting amperage. Dome lights inoperative, all other functions seem normal. Had to remove 30 amp and 40 amp cb's and reinstall to get vehicle to function. Since this happened to both vehicles I feel it must be common. any feedback on this issue?

Well it sounds to be poor spark plugs or bad ignition which are not let the drive start.. I think you have to take a look on both these things.... I am sure your problem is from one of them. So good luck dear. and tell me after checking them.
