Avenger handling problem. Suspension or tires?
I've had this problem ever since i bought the car from some used lot back in January. It only had 28k miles on it so i figured everything was fine. But it feels as if the issue is getting worse. So basically when I drive down the highway and I run into one of those grooves in the street it just pulls the car and makes it wobble left and right in a pretty violent way. It does it so bad to the point where i'm afraid it might cause an accident. It even wobbles when I hit a small bump at low speed or when i'm changing lanes on the highway and I go over the street markers. So I figured it was the tires so I took it to a shop and they said my tires are fine. The other day i was turning in the turn lane and as i was making the left turn i hit a small pothole and the whole car shook. So I got the alignment done and to no avail. My tires are still good so idk what to do now. I believe its still covered under the dodge warranty. She's a 2012 Avenger SE with only about 43k. Do you guys think its something in the front end or my tires just need replacing? There are at a fair 30% i would say. I appreciate any input.

It could be cause by bad front strut. Does the ride seem bouncy to you? The factory strut on the Avenger aren't top notch strut. I doubt it would be the tire if the tire place say it looks fine.
have a mechanic inspect for sign of collision repair. Such as un-matching paints, bent suspension component, etc.. But if the Alignment shows up good, then I doubt this would be the case.
Also, does the car have any suspension modification like 'lowering kit' sort of thing?
