Anyone have a step by step instructions on how to replace the fuel door on a 2008 Dodge Avenger? looks like the bracket is bent and won't close properly (not flush), this is a pain as it keeps dinging saying gascap open.

also can anyone suggest a good OBDii scanner? check engine light just came on and i want to trouble shoot the problem.

would this scanner work?
