2008 dodge avenger sxt.....car has sat for 9 months after a deer accident, when I started the car originally, it threw a code for low voltage oil pressure sensor...I cleared that and since it has not thrown that code again...however, after the engine gets warm, the oil light comes on as if the oil level is low, I check the oil daily, and it is in no way low.....what do I need to do?

Unless reset, the oil change indicator light will come on when the ignition is switched to the "ON" position. his indicator light can be reset following your scheduled oil change.

To do this, turn the ignition to the "ON" position (without starting the vehicle), fully depress the accelerator pedal slowly three times within 10 seconds and turn the ignition to the LOCK position.

Have you recently changed your oil after sitting for 9 months? Have you had an opportunity to speak with your dealer?
