Default Tune Up

I have a 2008 Avenger and my mpg has gone down from over 30mpg on highway to 24. I have replaced plugs and no difference. It runs smoothly but idles a little rough. If I take it yo the dealer will they be able to electronically tune it? I only have 90k miles on it. 4 cyl
