i have a 2008 dodge avenger i've been borrowing from my mom, it's a 4 cyl..
the window actuator broke on the front passenger window. i took door panel off and wire was all messed up and fraid in parts..
does anyone know what cars actuators from other cars will interchange for this vehicle, or if any of them do interchange....
just asking cause my friends family owns a junkyard and i can get one for free...

that's what i thought...i just got back from their and they didn't know. so i joined this forum to ask....

 

i know the guy really good and i know he wouldn't lie to me....he just said that he didn't know and didn't have an interchange book...and with that car he said should try rockauto if i want a new one......i've never heard of them cause i don't have to buy parts usually....i get everything i need from them or i'm going to autozone..
well a free one is better!

for someone in the future that wants to know, it also fits a 2007-2010 chrylser sebring sedan

 

http://www.car-part.com/ is a search of salvage yards. The search will render the other models that THAT regulator fits automatically.


A normal parts dept won't have that info as far as backtracking a part number to a vehicle.
