Just bought the DAVENGER - a few questions

I just bought the Davenger 2013 SXT.

I have a couple of things I want to check.

I read that it should be getting about 5.9L/100km (just shy of 40mpg). I just checked. I seem to be getting about 10.5L/100km (22mpg) City and 7L/100km (33mpg) Highway. What should I expect?
I have a dash cam. I want it to shut off when I turn off the car. I was able to do this in my Chrysler 300M by plugging it into the dash cigarette lighter, then pulling out a specific jumper in the fuse panel. This configured the cig lighter to only have power when the ignition was on. Can I do this on my Avenger?

You're not going to get 40mpg. What you're getting sounds about right. There should be a fuse that can be moved in the TIPM. One that sits in a 3 terminal socket.
