Default 2011 Dodge Aveger Heat ground?

In a matter of 3 days my wipers have intermittently worked, followed by my airbag light flashing on and off, as well as my abs and traction control light. I have tried to reset the codes, with no luck. What am I missing.

I have been having similiar problem. firat the ab light was on and read online that i should try wiggling the wires nder the seat, so i did and it went out. But now my wipers out of the blue will make 1 pass across windshield. And my TCI light comes on while driving and causes my car 2008 avenger to die. I mess with the wires under the seat and get the light to go off and it stars back up. If the TCI light is on it won't start, but if the TCI light s blinking it trys to start but will not start unless the light is off. Is it due to codes? What happened to cause your avenger to have the problem you are having? Mine was after parking on someones lawn and the sprinklers drenched it for an hour and the battery dying needing to jump start

get the codes read and post them...you will need a full fuction scan tool not a code reader...issue may be a bus communication problem, can't say without seeing the dtc..

Default Scan Tool?

What is a scan tool and how does it differ from the code reader? Does Autozone have a scan tool or is it something only repair shops have?

a code reader will only access the powertrain codes...pcm, tcm. a full function scan tool can access all the modules and all types of codes powertrain, body, chassis and undefined. abs faults will be chassis, hvac will be body codes.
