CEL flashes 10 times and motor wont fire

I have an 08 Avenger 2.4L that the timing chain stretched and jumped time. I replaced the chain and realigned everything but now the CEL kicks on and flashes 10 times then holds steady, but isn't throwing up any codes. Does any have any idea as to whats going on?
