Default 2013 dodge avenger whistling when accelerating HELP

Hi all. So just over a week ago I bought a used 2013 dodge avenger with about 95k on it from a dealership. I just noticed a couple days ago that whenever I get on the expressway and hit about 100km/hour it starts making this whistling sound (like a boiling kettle?). It only does it when I press down on the gas pedal, and then when I stop it immediately stops. Once I get back down to a lower speed it doesn't do it, only when I'm going at a higher speed. Below is a video of it happening, it starts around the 50 second mark. Is this something I should be worried about? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Have you turned the radio off to see if the sound is still there?

yes, i played with the radio as well as the a/c, turning them both off and on to see if that made a difference, neither effected the sound at all.
