I thought lamp bulb was bad so replaced with a new one. Same rapid right turn signal, light still won't illuminate along with the lamp out ding. Bad bulb again? nope. Verified 1st lamp and new lamp good when installed in left side. Performed ground check and found good. (.002 ohms to ground). Power problem. Is there a fuse alone for right side marker lamps?
