Swapping 2.4 /4 spd into a 6 spd

Swapping 2.4 /4 spd into a 6 spd
I cannot get a definitive answer from our Dodge dealer so…… I have a 2011 Avenger 2.4, 6 spd.
I now have a spun bearing ( apparently?), only swap I can find is from a 4 spd. Am I going to have any problems with the engine swap …? Not changing the 6 spd out just the engine swap.
