Default ABS/System Voltage/Speed Sensor problems

2013 Avenger.Recently, my headlights would flicker while driving and as I would slow down my radio would turn off and on for a couple seconds at a time randomly. I think it was the negative battery cable (not alternator) so I replaced the cable and it fixed all the problems for a day. Then I got a battery, ABS, and traction control dash light and several codes:

-C1020 left rear wheel speed sensor circut

-C2102 System Voltage Low

-C2102 Battery Voltage Low

-C2101 Battery Voltage High

-C2204 Dynamics sensor Internal

-C1000 Brake Pedal Switch 1 Circut Performace

I've tried putting a new brake switch in and different left rear speed sensors in. No fix. Removing the ABS fuses doesn't get rid of the battery light (though I haven't checked the codes with the fuses removed.) No lose or frayed wires I can see. I've considered an ABS control module but I don't know. It just doesn't seem correct. Any ideas before I spend a bunch of money testing a new control module?
