I really wasn't commenting on the interior actually. I went to the Dodge website, saw the pics and thought I was looking at an Impala. As far as its interior goes, it seems like a lot of cars today....shades of gray. Nothing really impressive.

There is more to interior than an air vent and even that is down right petty. You don't like it, that is your loss.

nomagination, how can you possibly confuse an Avenger with the Impala. They look very different. As far as the interior looking gray, obviously people like gray. It is a matter of different people's taste.

Maybe if you're short. I would have a tough time getting comfortable in small a space. The Stratus wasn't that bad in my opinion. My mom had one the last few years I was in high school. I thought it was a blast to drive and it had room in it...plus the DOHC 4-cylinder was...peppy

I am long legged and 6'3". I drove an R/T today at a local dealer. It drove very well, road noise was minimal on an awful road and the 6 speed was very smooth. Definetly love this car. Now the waiting game begins... I can pay cash for an R/T but my insurance will be roughly 350 per/month. How do you like that? 19 years old with a clean driving record and that is the best I can do. Allstate is ripping me a new one.

Anyone have some suggestions for cheaper insurance? Thanks.

Anyways, not to be off-topic, there is plenty of room in this bad boy and with the seat lowered, there is plenty of head room aswell.

HA! Thats nothing. I wanted an SRT-4 but insurance would have been $470/month. Maybe it was those 3 speeding tickets...

I wasn't fond of it looking at the pictures but once I sat in one and drove it, I loved it. But then again I thought my Stratus was the most comfortable vehicle I had ever driven. I will be buying an Avenger in January 09 after my husband gets back from Korea and I can't wait.
