They shipped last night...so, Maybe I will put them on this weekend...then the air setup...I will keep you guys posted.

Showed up yest!!! They look nice and big...crappy Amazon packaging, but OK otherwise. If they didnt have a lifetime warranty, I might ship them back...top welds/paint doesnt look perfect. I will debate. Now to get new HW and ship off the MyRide form...see if I get them installed this weekend!

You could say Im mad...partly just concerned.

So, I got the truck in the air. went to work. Checked linkages, right front outer tie rod end shot, on the list. Napa didnt have any parts...So I pull the rears(I know theyll be easy). and bolt them up. Only concern is pass. side front of the shock, where the adjustment is, is exposed, and I'd already hit a rock on teh shock. Might fab up a guard.

Then I got to the front, and thankfully took care to remove the stock shock. Slide the new boy in and its not centering in the top hole. why? the body is too tall. @$#$@$#@! Ok, maybe im being retarted. Go get parts, come back. Yep, magic didn't happen. So, I took some pics and put the old one back in.

Anyway, hard to tell cause I changed a lot of things but the rear seems rock solid. even without the sway bar in! I will be interested to see if I can get fronts that work...nastygram time for Rancho....

So, ill keep talking to myself..

'New' shocks came today...Amazon rocked btw....discouraging, as they are the same. I will probably get the truck in the air and see if I missed something..I doubt it, but who knows. If not, I gotta get the rears off to send back anyway. bleh.

Well, I got the new units in up front...Ill put some pictures up later. I think they will limit the front suspension's downward travel....hopefully, not in a damaging way. we will see. I think I'm set at a 3 in the back, and 6 up front. see how that rides. I also got all new bushings on my sway bars front and rear. Moog dropped the ball on one as well, had to build a 'pad'. Pics to follow for that too...see what happens in a few weeks!

Ok, got some pics up...in my albums. Anyway, check em out if you want...nothing exciting. But, so far everything is riding pretty nice. I will see how they handle snow apparently. I havent gotten to bounce around too much, cause I always have the pup in the truck. Anyway, the front end is def much nicer, with bushings and shocks...So, once the ole compressor and lines in, Ill see how that goes. now, to find a budget for cams and a TB....

Got the compressor and module installed. Not bad. fit all pretty good under the D/S wheel well behind the headlight. not bad. air lines werent mad, but kind of anoyying to get to the shock. I'll get some pics up soon. Only bad thing is the tiny compressor is noisy...
