I know the guy is a pioneer, doing what nobody else is doing, ect.

but he is SCATTERBRAINED. We've been emailing back and forth for me to get the 1.7 rockers for my 3.9L V6.

Here's something like how it went:

"I'd like to order the 1.7 non-adjustable rockers for the 3.9L V6. How much will it cost and when would I get them?"

"It is somewhere around $319 for the rockers for the 5.2 magnum, do you want the moly pushrods as well or no?"

"I have the 3.9L V6, not the 5.2. What are the benefits on the pushrods?"

"The moly pushrods wont bend at higher RPM's like the stocks will"

"How much are they and the 1.7 rockers for the 3.9L V6? You gave me the price for the 5.2"

- no answer for a day -

Calls: "John, you never answered me back. How much are the pushrods and 1.7 rockers for the 3.9L V6?" John: "I'm on the road, I'll get back to you in an hour when I'm back at the shop."

- 4 hours later -

"Steve, the pushrods are $100"

"What about the rockers?"

"Which rockers are you wanting?"

"The 1.7 non adjustable 3.9L V6" (At this point, I'm like F**k this project)

"These ones?" (Send pic of 5.7L hemi rockers)

"No. The ones for a 3.9L V6. Non adjustable."

I'm ready to give up.

 

Maybe he's trying to give you a hint at getting a V8 =P

 

Well the 3.9L is essentially a 5.2L missing two cylinders :P

 

Tell him you will take the 5.2 rockers but you want a discounted price because you dont want all of them lol Call back and say " I need a price on 1.7 non adjustable rockers. I have a 3.9 v6! Not a v8 so I have no need for 5.2 rockers all I want is a price for 3.9 v6 rockers cause like stated before I DO NOT HAVE A V8!!!" Make sure to talk slow and loud!
