I just purchased new projector style ccfl halo chrome headlights for my 97 Dakota. They are prewired & I only have to plug two plugs in, one to the stock headlight plug & another to the side marker. Where do I connect the two wires from the inverter box (one black which I assume is neg & one red which I assume is pos) to the wiring on my truck? Do I connect them to the parking light wires neg & pos? I want to make sure I get this right so I don't screw something up. Thanks!!

 

link to kit Guessing that the wires you mention are for main power, and it only uses stock headlamp wires to trigger a relay. That's how I did my fogs, homebrew style.

 

The black and red wire are likely the positive and negative for the halo.
