turn signal and Hazard lights

Default turn signal and Hazard lights
Just had both quit working... Replaced the flasher unit under the dash and checked the fuses under the hood and driver side dash... whats next?

also.. all other electrical functions are working A ok... the turn stick when put in the L or R position have always given one click sound from the Flasher relay (old or new unit)

ok this is a 04 dakota 4.7 with OEM trailer hitch....more info.. no flasher lights period.
