Just a rant
I just have to say over the years I have enjoyed owning American cars. I haven't had that many in my lifetime but that may be cause they lasted a long time. 250K miles usually with good care can save you a bundle over a lifetime. I just can't imagine not being able to do most of the work yourself on a vehicle....seems like were getting away from that as the years pass. As a little kid I remember watching my Dad work on his cars, always fascinated me. Thanks to the forums: Dodge, Chevy, Ford and Chrysler....and Mercedes. The internet has been a valuable tool in keeping up with technology...you can really teach yourself. And thanks to all the motor heads out there that have and continue to help out with the most troublesome and sometimes bizarre problems that turn up...some are very unique to a specific vehicle and again the savings are relentless if you willing to do a little research. Thanks again "DodgeForum" for all the help along the way and thanks to all that contribute their valuable experiences. Keep on Truckin'!
