Default 2001 Quad Cab Short box WANTED

I just got rear-ended by a texting teenage girl...........Nuf said.

I am looking for a 5'3" box ......can you believe that my tailgate isnt damaged at all and yet the box is bent at the wheel wells???..........
Caused by the receiver hitch, buckling the frame/box.

Any way, I am in west Michigan and need a used box (as rust free as possible) and the closer the better.

Is the frame still straight? Bad thing about hitches, they tend to bend frame rails on impact. However, if you keep your trailer hitch in, they also teach the other person a quick lesson on that hidden foot.

As for the bed, hit the junkyards. Bound to be one near you. I think the quad cabs only had one bed.

magnet head is right, the quad cabs ONLY came with the short box. as for leaving the drawbar in the hitch without having a trailer connected, is HIGHLY illegal in MA, it is considered a protruding object, and can/will be cited for it.

whats f***ed up is that its MORE illegal to have ur drawbar in your hitch, than it is to have under an ounce of marijuana on you... f***ed up aint it? hahahaha LOL FCK the state of massachusetts (aka tax-a-chusetts)
