I have a 97 dakota. V6 and i was planning on getting a cold airintake (AirAid) is it worth getting or is there a better brand? Suggestions?

 

I wanted to change the exhaust and headers on my 97 v6 dakota ndd i was thinking jba headers & jba exhaust. Frm autozone i want it to go faster and noise level to improve because rite now my truck sounds like a helecopter any suggestion about my choices?
