Can't really find options for upper control arms on my '98 3.9L Sport 2WD, is that because they are the same as 4WD so they just list them under that?

The upper is the same on both the 2WD and the 4WD. I agree, it would be nice if they listed both. It's not like it costs them anything more to change a few bits. A 2001 should be the same as a 1998, 2001 was as old as this Dodge site had.
