So I have a 97 dakota with a bench seat single cab.It doesn't have any type of mechanism to raise the back of the seat forward so I can access behind the seat,it will on occasion raise forward but I can't figure where the mechanism is located, it simply does it if you try,sometimes not at all.Can someone describe how I can raise it forward at will?Thanks
