yea thats the only thing i can think of, is bad rotors.. cut bad or actually warped... i know it isnt very money savvy but whenever i do brakes i always replace the rotors just to make sure there not screwed up.. hell i cant complain, factory set lasted me 62k miles, thats with alot of constant stop and go traffic and highway miles.. waiting for my order of all new rotors, pads, shoes, drums, and spring set to come in for chrysler.. haha you should feel how my truck stops now.. vibrates like a bastard

yea tried that, but i have to live with him and he threatened to sell my truck bc i cant have it in my name yet its registered to him and i like my happy home, cant wait till i can tell him that then drive off ill insist on having him put the dial indicator on it to see if he warped it, but my truck also vibrated like hell when going downhill to a stop when we first got it my rotors were so bad that they could not be turned, but the pads were almost new so go figure, i guess the heat was just too much, and yea once the warped you can turn them smooth, but as soon as they heat up they will just warp worse

well yep, that will cause it to freak out some, replace them and test drive her again, dont forget to use never sieze on the caliper bolts and the sliding groove for the caliper so it can move nicely

we will and we always use anit seize grease on this stuff just to make life easier in the future thanks for the info and is that .004 in while it is on the vehicle, or when it is machined????
