Default Paint Problem

This weekend i washed my truck after the winter and went to move it and notice that there was a rough texture on the paint job of the drivers door(we think its sap, but dont know what it would be from), its only on the drivers door, i tried waxing it off with a regular polish/wax, and 2 different cleaner waxes, and tried paint thinner on a small section of it, any ideas on how to get this **** off of my truck???!!!?!?!?!?!

any ideas would be appreciated, on what to do or what to use to get this **** off

pics are not really possible because it doesnt really look bad, the finish looks fine, its just not smooth like the rest of the truck, and its just the drivers door, if you get up real close you can see little spots of like a brown substance, but i dont think it would show up in a picture ill try tomorrow if the rain breaks, and paint thinner is not usually volatile enough to attack the paint on the trucks, to wreck that finish you would need laquer thinner, or acetone in most cases, and where do you get the bug and tar remover i think ill try that
