Electric door lock stuck

Has anyone had this problem?? The driver's side door lock is stuck in the unlocked position. Could you tell me what it is and when I take the door apart what to look for or lookout for.

sounds like a bad lock actuator, can you manually do it? do it a few times with the key and try the power again otherwise yea ya have to take the door off...
