Electric door lock stuck

Default Electric door lock stuck
Has anyone had this problem?? The driver's side door lock is stuck in the unlocked position. Could you tell me what it is and when I take the door apart what to look for or lookout for.

sounds like a bad lock actuator, can you manually do it? do it a few times with the key and try the power again otherwise yea ya have to take the door off...

Tried that and it will not move. Is the actuater part of the door handle assembly or is it a stand alone??
