I just got my truck a few months ago (03 Dakota) and have two problems I need fixed. First off the linkage on one side of my tail gate came apart, so one side won't unlatch. I need to get the tail gate opened inorder to fix it. Does anyone have any idea on how to get the tail gate opened?
Also the previous owner disconnected the 7 way trailer plug at the rear of the truck. I'm wondering which wires go where. Its labeled on the harness for colors but I just want to make sure they go in the right place. I have a blue, yellow, white, green and black or brown wire.
