yeah, mine had autolites in it from the dealership. I had 40,000 on 'em before i had to change them. Then i put the bosch platnums in there. Seemed to idle fine, but started knocking under a heavy load on the highway, or when i would take her out above 4000 RPM. I put a new set of autolites back in and the sound went away. I've also heard that the longevity on the bosch isn't that good. The elecrode gets pretty burned up, and then it either fouls or delivers a really weak spark.

But hell, if their workin for ya, go for it buddy!

Well,
I dont have to worry about ****ty fuel milage or spark plugs at 30k anymore..

I just bought my buddies fully loaded2000 Silverado LS 4X4 extended cab [3-door] with only 106k on it for $8.500.Nice clean truck and lots of room to spare. He took very good care of it.Leather interior too

My Dakota has 127k on it but I sure took good care of it. I haul my new 2-seater ATV in the bed of my truck and the Dodge QC just was too small.

I'll be chat-in to you guys down the road.

Bill

GM uses the Iradium plugs and they are great for use to 100k before you need to ever concider changing them.

WHY Dodge dont do the same thing is beyond me?

you have to use platinum or copper plugs for FI. I use Denso Iridium 2 step colder plugs on my supercharged car.
