I got a Friend that works at Amsoil, but i dont use it.. i useally use Full Synthetic Mobil1 or Royal Purple, might use Ams Next oil change.. not sure yet. I only run Synthetic though, also you said you where going to run Ams then go back to normal? Are you going synthetic with the Ams? if so i woudnt go back to normal oil.. bad for the engine, once it has had synthetic, it doesnt want to go back.

I've always been told that too user, but whats the reason? I mean you can go from regular oil to synthetic and have no problems, i've even been told from the synthetic manufacturers that you can actually mix reg and synthetic, not that I do or reccommend it. So I guess my question is, is this a fact that you can't switch or just a rumour. and to answer your question boohoops i'm using castrol full synthetic with some Lucas oil.
