Reverse and Ticking
So now that i've actually gotten to drive the dak all day today i've noticed two things that id like some opinions on. First there is a ticking coming from like the passenger side of the dash/window area it only does it when its in gear, when its coasting in neutral or i have the clutch in it goes away. Second it is really hard to get into reverse sometimes. I have to really jam it down in there...and its not all the time just sometimes. Thanks for any help.
PS. Also the stupid place only replaced the front shocks so now i have stock ones in the front and ranchos in the back which makes for a pretty ****ty ride..is there anything that this could mess up or harm...i dont think they will replace the rear shocks unless i break them and i dont really feel like paying for new oem ones...i guess i can deal with the ride jw if it could mess anything up.

ah not all five speeds are like this but Dakotas are about the worst 5 speed gearbox ive driven...idk if its the syncros the gears or the clutches they put in, i think if you were to put in a heaver clutch and throwout upgrade the syncros it has potential the ratios on the gears isn't bad...
so anyone have any opionions on the shocks...i get alot of what seems like jolting or bucking i dont really know how to explain it and i was just wondering if that could be from that...im used to riding in cars with 5 speeds which are more smooth and stuff and im just trying to make sure that there is nothing wrong with my tranny or shifting...thanks for any help
