Default RE: 9.25 rear swap

I just picked up a 9.25 rear end + drive shaftout of a 4x4 durango that I am going to be putting in. It had 20K+ miles on it supposedly (actually looks really clean) 3.55 gears and a LSD in it. 360.00 cash.

Just remember to buy a driveshaft from a 9.25 vehicle as well. The bell housing is much larger on the 9.25. Any 9.25 axle would work from what I understand, but if your going 2x4 get a shaft out of a 2x4 and 4x4 if going in 4x4.

Just an FYI....I know the post is kinda old, but just in case you still check it.....

There's several people running 11-12sec 1/4 miles with stock differentials. I don't think you'll have a problem.
