Hi. Im new to the site but I just got a new Dakota.Im 16 and its a 99and its my first vehicle. My plan is to put true dual-exhaust, K&N air-filter and lift kit on it.Here are some pics:

what motor does it have?

 

beautiful truck... ... i just put "untrue" duals on my dak, just as nice plus cheaper.. good luck with the new toy

 

Its a 5.2L V8 with 82,000 miles. I hope its a great first vehicle.

 

it sounds like it'll be a great truck. the 5.2 is one of the most bulletproof motors ever made, it's hard to kill one of those motors. They havent been around since the 60's for no reason.

 

Whats your plans on the true duels, ive been drawing some diagrams for my truck, trying to get an idea for the muffler shops around here.

 

Well my brother is a mechanic so he says he can get them or make them. I can ask him and let you know later.
