Default Pre-cats...

How hard is it to replace the pre-cats? I have aftermarket flowtech headers installed. I also have another question, I need to replace the header gaskets because there is an exhaust leak coming out from the headers. How would i get the bolts out without breaking them off leaving me with a huge problem?

Thanks.

let some PB Blaster sit on them for about 1 hour, then get a hand wrech with a couple of cheaters and bust them loose..

one of my header bolts came out on my driver side and i got an exhuast leak.. and ofcourse the dirverside is the bitch to do.. the other side is easy as ****..

but anyways.. a socket wrench will work also.... but if you have headers on it.. useally the bolts are so close to the pipes you have to use a wrench.. atleast mine are like that.. lol

You might use some anit-seize when it comes time to reinstall. Might help out a bit...
