Default Big Clunk from front end

Doing some 4-wheeling last week and had to do a very tightand slowleft turn to manuever past a dropoff. The right front wheel dropped to its lowest extent of travel and there was a big bang in the front end. Like a sledge hammer hit the frame. Then when I was back on level ground, another bang. Later when traveling home there was a minor "clump" with no further noises since. I've checked shocks, torsion bars, ball joints, engine mounts, everything that moves under the front end and can find nothing broken, bent or damaged. The truck drives fine but I'm still worried about what caused the noise. Any suggestions/ideas about what the ---- happened?
