I bought a 2003 QC 4x4 4.7 with 74,000 miles on it. Changed the plugs out this weekend and noticed a sticker under the hood that was a dealer modification that said adjusted pcm. I imagine this could possibly be a number of tweaks but what is the most common pcm adjustment. Thanks in advance.

 

when ever they have to adjust anything they have to put that sticker on it. mine has it. just make sure it doesnt say AB in the codes on it. or else that means you have the death flash. AA and AC is ok.
