I had the EXACT same problem less than a month ago, and yes, it is the Central Timer Module. Remove the kick plate next to the e-brake and smell the little black box that's under there. You can't miss it, it has a ton of wires plugged into it. If it smells burned, kiss 400 bucks goodbye. Personally, I wouldn't trust getting this part from a salvage yard, and you will still have to get it re-programmed at the dealer. Why so many things are controlled by this module is beyond me.

 

mine doesnt smell burnt. Dont know whats wrong. I checked my headlight switch and its no good either....WTF?

 

It was the CTM and I got a new one from a Dodge dealer in MICH for 200. everything is great now but the remote start is the only thing that dont work. the remote door lock works but the remote start doesnt. dont car about it not working...LOL
