I think speed sensor in the rear end has gone bad, does this look like the right part for a 99 dakota 5.2L 4x4??

Also, more of a minor annoyance, the left turn signal blinks much faster than the other side, in my previous experience this is usually due to a bad turn signal relay, but I can't seem to locate a part number for a turn signal relay for my truck, any ideas??
