Default Inner Tie Rod ends

I'll be replacing my upper and lower Ball Joint and the outer tie rods (2004 4x4 Dak). Are there inner tie rods and should I do them while doing all this work?

I've heard that the inner tie-rod ends are part of the rack. If they go, you need a whole new rack. I hope I'm wrong!

Thanks Paul! I couldn't figure it out from the maunal and when I search for the parts on line, they show inners tie rod ends but only on one web site. And since I have a 2004 it's seams they were in the middle of the switch from generation 2 to 3. I can't see them because of the boot.
