Default Need Help

i noticed on the dodge i am about to buy,The tires rub when i make a U turn and or make a turn fast....Granted i do have 33's,,,what size tire should i go with?..i also have a 3 inch ***tech lift and 3 inch Body Lift...and my tires still rub against the frame rails.
Also how long does a 99 dakota usually last for?..the truck has 153k miles

I have the exact same setup on my Dakota, minus the body lift. I run 33" tires and after I put in some 1.5" wheel spacers in the front, I only rub at full turn while backing up.
