so my transmission in my r/t is goin out cause im around 100,000 miles typical. but what i want to do is take the automatic out and make it a 5 speed anybody have any advice or tips on what i should do

 

get a 5 spd outta a ram. I think its been done before on r/t's but I dont think the PCM will work either. it might sound easy, but these trucks have too much electronic crap on them.

I would beef up the auto with a stall converter and a shift kit.
