As far as mounting flange....yes. Depending on what kind you buy.
i know the holley you have to alter the mounting bracket//but something like a Fastman, it direct bolt on and Go!

go with the fastman www.thefastman.com dan is agreat guy to work with and has the best price. and there is no down time he will send you the tb and he gives you 1 month to exchange it out and return the factory one to him. or you can keep the factory one. price is 260.00 for the tb and he gives you back 80.00 if you return the factory tb. i purchased the 70 mm for my 4.7 and it made a big diff. plus it was a must with the cam and pcm upgrades
