Default Power Steering

Just drove down to Cabo San Lucas. On the drive back my power steering fluid started to leak out the cap to the reservoir. When I checked it, it was foaming. Turing my steering wheel make a noise like if I was low on fluid. Any information will be a big help. Thanks

Not overfilled. I also checked all the lines, everything is tight. I was told at first that my pump was going. Then I was told that my rack was going. Not sure where to start. I drained the reservoir, and addedMopar power steering fluid. No improvement.

Is this accompanied by any other problems (like hard steering or poor return to center [you should be able to let go of the wheel on a turn and it will kind of return back to center]).
I would suspect the pump myself.
